We have several new products this week to tempt your taste buds!

Create warm and savoury meals with locally-produced ingredients:

Spaghetti - 100% Ontario Grown pasta made from “Hallmark” Durum Wheat, packages available in store now.

Sauce – We now have ready-to-eat Homemade Pasta Sauce and spicy tomato Arabiatta Sauce in jars from Tesoro restaurant in Collingwood. If you still have some green tomatoes left from your garden, use them up by dicing them (skin and all) and throwing them in with your prepared pasta sauce to simmer. They add a hearty texture to a vegetarian sauce.

Beef Summer Sausage – new from Scotch Mountain Meats we have tender summer sausage ideal for adding to pasta dishes. Try any of our delicious meats with your spaghetti and sauce – elk sausage or ground, chicken or turkey sausage from Blue Ridge Meats, ground bison, or traditional beef.

With dessert, enjoy some mulled apple cider, we have three for your choosing:

  • Jay's Organic Apple Cider, frozen in bags for your convenience

  • Finch Haven cider jugs from Clarksburg

  • Filsingers Organic brought in by Grass Roots Organics
