There is cause for celebration at The 100 Mile Market this week!

As the harvest season closes our vegetable tables are full and the fridges are overflowing... plus a flock of turkeys arrived today – all in time for Thanksgiving weekend. We will also have Jay's organic apple cider bags in the freezer again beginning this week – yum!

In store we still have fresh squash, peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, onions, garlic, apples, pears... beautiful produce from our local farmers. We have pumpkins too, perfect for holiday decorating.

If you are travelling for the weekend and want to bring a gift with you, take a look at our hand-crafted bird houses and coming soon – bird feeders. We have plenty of gift ideas, or why not take some organic pumpkin ice cream?

We have so much to be grateful for, delicious fresh food grown by local friends, friendly customers with generous smiles, and a cozy store filled with goodies from more than 70 vendors. Do you remember when we opened 2 years ago, with 11 vendors contributing to The 100 Mile Market concept? Happy Birthday to us – 2 years have passed now and we are grateful for your support. Thank you to all of our customers and vendors for a wonderful two years. Happy Thanksgiving indeed!
