Elk, bison, beef, pork, lamb, goat, chicken, turkey, pheasant, duck, fresh, frozen & smoked fish, frozen prepared meals & meat pies, salami, summer sausage, pepperettes, bacon.  Special orders are welcomed by phone, or stop by on Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays.
